In this detailed tutorial you will learn how to create a custom decorative pattern brush in Adobe Illustrator. We will use the Pen Tool to create a nice curl. We will play with the stroke style and use ‘offsetting path’ to give it a sort of multicolored folk ribbon look. Next I will show you how to make sure that the brush elements match seamlessly.
