It’s hot. We feel like ice creams. Mon cheri loves peach, my favorite is vanilla with cherries.

That’s how this sunny afternoon resulted in a retro-flavored ice-cream pattern. It was created in Adobe Illustrator, I share with you the .ai file with pattern swatches as well as the Photoshop .pat file. For your convenience I included a version with transparent background.
Feel free to download them and use for your personal or commercial projects.

This time a simple tile pattern. Black & white / white & black are my favorites.
The colorful variants make me think of Slavic folk tales with cannibalistic Baba Yagas living in the chicken-leg huts who kidnap small children. Maybe because Baba Yagas feed skinny kids with ginger cakes…
(But, no worry – there is always happy-end to these stories.)

I badly long for spring. I desperately want flowers. So I vector them.

Caltha palustris are one of the first I find every spring. The other are violas but … well .. it’s a challenge to vectorize their subtleness.
